At Starfire Body Jewelry Co., we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, allowing returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, items with broken tamper-evident seals are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is in its original, heat-sealed clear packaging and that the tamper-evident seal has not been broken or removed.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA form inside the package.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
